Since 1987, Brdr. Dethlefsen was responsible for selling fish at Bønnerup harbor. With more than 35 years of expertise, we sell a wide range of seasonal seafood. The fresh fish is delivered to us from all over the country, so we can ensure that all our products are completely fresh and meet the best quality on the market. In the late 2000s, Møllefisk was established, which led to a beautiful store in the heart of Bønnerup Harbor. To this end, Møllefisk is our retail department and Bønnerup Fisk is our wholesale department.

For us, quality is one of our greatest values. Our fish from the North Atlantic is ALWAYS fresh. This means that all our products are hand-cut and cleaned in the store.
In addition, all products undergo quality assurance throughout the journey from sea to counter.
So you can always get the best and tastiest fish!

At Møllefisk we have our own smokehouse, which means that all our smoked products – both hot and cold smoked – are day-smoked, so that they are COMPLETELY fresh and guaranteed in taste.

Who are we?

Behind “Møllefisk & Bønnerup Fisk”, in the heart of Bønnerup, we have a strong team of local employees who make sure we deliver the best possible service to our customers. Our purchasing and wholesale is led by Møllefisk & Bønnerup Fisk’s owner Klaus Dethlefsen, who with 35 years of experience in buying and selling fish and crustaceans always seeks to create the best and cheapest prices on the market.

With a visit to the store, in addition to being greeted by Klaus and our friendly store staff, you might meet store manager Hans Fisker. Hans is a former local politician and has many years of experience in organizing and preparing fish. He is responsible for the day-to-day organization of the store, creating the best framework for service and fish quality. With his good humor, he is also ready to give a good tip on how to cook our many fish.

To create the best possible conditions across Møllefisk and Bønnerup Fisk, sales consultant Lucas Maciel Linneberg, with a degree in economics, is responsible for optimizing processes, service design and sales. You can meet him in and around the store. He will always answer all questions with a big smile and work to create all the possibilities that you as a customer could wish for.
