At mill fish, we always strive to have a wide range of seasonal fish. This means that the assortment varies between seasons and that every visit can be a new taste adventure.
We buy fresh fish from all of Denmark’s largest fishing ports and also from local fishermen in Bønnerup Strand, Grenaa and the surrounding area. The fish is delivered chilled, prepared and iced on the day, so the fish is always top quality when it reaches the customer.
Our smokehouse and delicatessen!
In addition to our fresh fish, we have our own smokehouse and delicatessen. The smokehouse is in operation every day, which means that our smoked products are smoked every morning. So that all our products can be as fresh as possible. The delicatessen ensures that we can deliver fresh fish meatballs, fillets and salads, spicy, curry and fried herring, dressings and a wide range of local products, such as beer and soft drinks from Ebeltoft Farm Brewery, Danish wine produced on Mols from Anderson Winery and much more!
